At K2 Base Camp, we want you to feel confident in your outdoor fashion choices. If your gear or apparel isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the invoice is included inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
